So we paid this is an almost brand new set of hearing aids. This is a great deal.

The box includes both right and left hearing aids with tube tip attached, cleaning wires, 2 extra tips, user guide, drying agent container 312 batteries.

These are unused, but considers new as coming from an unopened box. They are programmable by the user. The user guide is quite easy to follow.

There are actually 8 cards of 10 each batteries. So there are really 80 batteries included. We opened the box to go over what all was in it so they are listed as used. We got them ordered but she passed away before they here.
