I'm not a hearing aid expert so please look up the model numbers and upc to see what you are buying on. If you choose to not obtain a medical evaluation before purchasing this item, I am required by law provide and from signed written waiver of the evaluation, copy user instruction brochure for hearing aid, review contents that with you, afford time read. They have new ear plugs and come with a bag of other sizes as well. I don't know the settings on these but i'd guess they were set to moderate hearing loss.

Upon your request, I will also provide to you a copy of the user instructional brochure for hearing aid or name and address manufacturer distributor from whom can be obtained. Both of these were tested and are working. The hard case is not pictured but included.

You also get a pack of new batteries. These were my moms set of two hearing aids, lightly used. This comes in the original box with soft and hard cases instruction manual.
