This handset is in used condition and since I don't have a base station no way of testing it. This item comes in its original box with all the manuals 3 different languages, a charging station, belt clip and plastic bags that items came. It looks as though it was never used but since I'm not the original owner I can't say that for certain. I put in two non rechargeable AAA batteries to see it would power up and does light the display but can't test any further than that. It uses rechargeable AAA batteries which I will include even though they are not pictured.
