The bad ear holds cros ii aid which takes sound and sends it to good. If you choose to not obtain a medical evaluation before purchasing this item, I am required by law provide and from signed written waiver of the evaluation, copy user instruction brochure for hearing aid, review contents that with you, afford time read. The pair of aids work together - good ear is V70SP, one Phonak most powerful.
Upon your request, I will also provide to you a copy of the user instructional brochure for hearing aid or name and address manufacturer distributor from whom can be obtained. This greatly helps someone with only one good ear hear like two ears, because the person doesn't always have to face direction from which sounds are coming. Note - this set up was adjusted programmed for my fathers particular hearing capabilities or lack thereof. He was totally deaf in his right ear and very hard of hearing left.
This set up cost new. It has not been used.
