These are very and should work well in many settings. A lot more control than some of the other hearing amplifiers. The app was very easy to download and set up it only took a minute or two. So the app is pretty nice, it let's you adjust level by tapping on circles for your left and right ear looks like its feature rich.
This is an open box item; everything appears to be there. Both of these set at 40%, I'll leave them 40%. Once you put them into the tray for charging app pops up and let know that its been disconnected ask if want to reconnect I'll just say no. Of course I didn't bother reading the directions, so there is that.
A person might stumble your way around the settings a little bit but doesn't take too long to figure it out. The app that downloads is called Sound wear. App and is giving me the option to adjust volume. Once you put them back into the Cradle it does disconnect from app and then do have to turn on again in order get connect with.
I'm selling these as is. I've gone through the instructions to verify app is still available. So they automatically shut off once go into the cradle for charging.
