Without a receiver, these units will not work to hear the TV or telephone. Both transmitters come with power supply and patch cables male to rca plugs are included. These units require that your hearing aid or cochlear implant have a Phonak receiver capability. If you choose to not obtain a medical evaluation before purchasing this item, I am required by law provide and from signed written waiver of the evaluation, copy user instruction brochure for hearing aid, review contents that with you, afford time read.
