I do not have hearing loss. These are currently programmed to previous owners hearing loss,whomever wins this offer needs have them re-programmed their hearing loss. I had them cleaned by an audiologist they worked when he put batteries in to check.

I do not know any of the specifics. These hearing aids are out of warranty.
